So do we but doing it this way generates so much more money and less hassle. Really it's the only way to cover such a big area. To try to cover it every week would just be too much driving and not enough cleaning. I find a good customer will be willing to wait a few weeks to join a long term service.

well done lee you are doing very well,  I found it easier to do 1 man & van is 1 round which is broken into 4 or in your case 6 weeks and rotate the lads at the end of each cycle but i suppose all ways of doing the scheduling are going to have advantages and dis advantages.

is time for another update video on what car you have now to bring the trolls out from under there rocks?

Wow thats amazing. A troll is mentioned and one pops up moments later.

It really is such a shame people feel the need to be that way.

I do plan to do another video  as 3 milestones will be achieved today. Cant wait for the trolling of that later.

Calm down and get a sense of humour Lee,  there are plenty of wind up merchants on here but no trolls, problem is we now all know that you want to be wound up so nobody is going to bite,
Glad everything is going well for you.

Not really. We use cleaner planner. If I'm in the office I do the worksheets for the next day or the girls do it if I'm not in. Today I did 10 worksheets for tomorrow (164 jobs) in about half hour. Just over £4000 in total on the sheets

So that’s around £24 per job do you have a minimum price per job and if so how did you come up with it ? Do you get many say that’s to expensive ? What’s your conversion rate from enquiries to actual work ?  We do a lot of housing estates with 3 bed semis and cannot charge anything like your prices for that type of thing we would struggle to charge more than £10  and we live in an affluent area

There are lots of add ons in that and I overloaded all the sheets to see how much we could do. A normal day would be about £500 less for everyone. I will go through later in my video

If you cover a wide enough area can’t you just quote what you think is right and just shrug your shoulders if they won’t pay it in an area? That’s what I do.

As 8weekly says.
I work in a mix of areas and sometimes I find the ones who live in what they feel is an affluent area are the ones who are the most tight fisted. But thats not the whole lot, so you will get some for the price you want and if not, try a different sea.

What Lee is proving is that if ones are very serious about expanding their business and very focused in doing so, that it is possible, regardless of how big you want to make that expansion

£10,000 a year

I've been with the same broker for a while. Last year was £7.5k the quote for this year was £10k. I got quotes from another company and managed to get mine down to £5.5k from my original broker.

(10 vans, any driver over 18).

I use a local broker (I like to be looked in the eye while I'm being shafted)

The underwriter is AXA.

So do you have 10 vans out full time?
