So you think I should get a booster to increase the psi and this will give me a lower TDS after membrane?Will this also extend the life of the membrane as reducing from 012 to 004 alone wouldn’t really be worth the outlay for the booster pump for me.

I spoke to Doug today , he said you should start looking at a new membrane when the tds coming out is 20 or above
TDS out is down to 6ppm now it’s had a couple of fills through it. Yes there’s a pressure gauge on it and the psi is anywhere between 50-60 depending on what water is being used in the house. This is being run from an outside garden tap which also has a quite a big leak until I can plumb it straight from the main supply at the weekend so I’d expect a constant 60-70psi going forward.
