« on: June 25, 2018, 05:50:42 pm »
Just bought new van - it has air con!  ;D

What a difference, normally i would have been dying on a day like today, but no finished a job to be greated by ice cold air, i couldnt wait to get back in the van between jobs lol. Even had my dinner with engine on a face full of fresh air. Normally i hate getting in the van in this weather...

how the hell did i mangage without it for all these years.

Thankyou Lord

I bought a Custom three years ago and didn’t realise it didn’t have aircon. Not worried though as I don’t drive it.  ;D

you would have thought it was standard on all vans but a lot of base models still dont have it which i find bizzare.

Agreed. Was shocked when I discovered it’s not on a base tranny.

I actually almost bought a base vivaro a few months ago. I agreed the finance and everything then half way through I thought hang on a minute does this have air con.

I was shocked that am almost new van didn't have it.

Then I researched it and a lot don't.

Really?
We don't live in a warm country.
I don't understand why you think an almost new van should have it?
Our Summer in Britain usually only lasts for about 2 or 3 days per year.
