Meh, last winter wasn't that bad. Two days off and few half days, but that was it.

horrendous winter?i had 4 days off when we had a bit of snow and artic winds last winter....thats it......

i worked 830am-230pm today....thats plenty in this heat.all work completed and another £200+ day.....

it was 30c again in cheshire today but hopefully its gonna cool down a touch as the week progresses.....

feet up now watching the footie........

ive decided to take a week off from the gym....i just cant be bothered in this weather.....

Completley nuts !!! Uses the lightest equiptment you can get so as not to strain himself, then goes crunching weights for fun

You  obviously don't know what your talking about.weight training HELPS prevent strains and injuries if done intelligently.
