« on: June 24, 2018, 01:31:45 pm »
I have had a look through old posts but can't find this, have any of you got one of these?

What's the score with them, are they value for money? I could di y one like Nathan k, but may save myself the trouble and just buy one.

I have one, find it really good.  Comes with a remote so u can stop and start the pump if not near the trolley.

Nathan,
Good for you, if you believe in the product then you go for it. A little tip, don't come on here for an opinion.
They claim to have 30,000 users, how many do you see on here? Just a handful of whiners and whingers  putting sensible people off with their ridiculous no knowledge opinions, treating it liked an old boys club.  Clean it up will pay for that!!
There are thousands of people out there gaining the knowledge  that WFP can be done by anybody and how much they can earn.  and  they will be looking for a reasonably priced kit backed up by somebody who does the job and knows what he is talking about, you go for it.

All these trolleys  are probably great but I've learned with  barrell trolleys you get airlocks each time a 25 litre barrell ran out so if I was to buy a trolley system  again I  would go for an X line 45 litre where the hose doesn't need to come out and this is why I stopped using  barrell type trollys, they can be very frustrating trying to prime water through,a backpack is a better option where gravity takes it's course.

The thing is, it doesn't have to be that way.
I've used a trolley only for nearly eleven years as it's best suited to my work, and where airlocks used to be a problem early on, it dramatically improved when one major adjustment was made. That was reducing the intake hose from 1/2inch ID hose to 8mm ID minibore hose. Nowadays, when I disconnect the hose at the trolley and switch on with a full barrel, the pump primes in 2 secs flat, maybe another sec or two longer if the barrel is less than half full. I empty 10-12 barrels a day and airlocks haven't been an issue in a long time.

I didn't make my trolley with switching barrels in mind, but rather to fill up from van tank in seconds using a submerged pump. My connections are 8mm pole hose and I've not had any issues with air locks.
