Have tried unsuccessfully to contact Ashbys Cleaning Equipment by phone and email.  Tried several times over last couple of weeks.  Has anyone else had a similar issue?

You could try contacting them on FaceBook, I know that's the preferred method of contact for a lot of companies these days.

In my opinion if a company with dedicated office staff don’t bother to pickup their phone or reply to emails then they are not worthy of your business!

Give Alltec a try and compare their response with Ashby’s.

I never owned an Alltec machine but guys who do are singing their praises.
