I agree with all you’ve said I spend more time cobb webbing than I do cleaning the glass I use a heavy flow of water and it’s hot,I’ve also got lots of work from traditional cleaners due th the fact they don’t do frames and sills to a good standard,I’ve said before it’s the other way round now a lot more people prefer WFP to traditional methods from a customers point a view they get more cleaned for there money.

Trad lads use it as an excuse to big up what they do I’ve had a lot of em in the past say I have to admit it does do a better job if I’m honest, spoke to 1 this morning he’s packing up 20 years trad to do something else he said he can’t handle the cold weather anymore. As the conversation progressed the fact of the matter was he wasn’t earning enough to carry on anymore,it’s not about time spent etc it’s what your getting out of it that counts.

One of my guys is ridiculously quick. 20 jobs done by 2:30 and never on the glass before 9:15. Someone phoned to complain on Friday at how quick he was even though the windows were fine. He rarely gets any complaints and when he does it's questionable or a missed window.

Same here, its not rushing its just leaving out anything not essential to cleaning windows. Like scrubbing away when a window is already clean and doing more rinsing than needed. I  f you do the minimum amount of work required to clean the window then anything else is just wasting time, energy, and water.

I did 14 today. Started at 9, done for 12.15. Not the compact part of my round and not the easiest houses.
I put my flow on full and scrub fast. I have even changed my pump from 5.2 lpm to 6.8 lpm

I love banter, but after a while it becomes clear who the Unhappy ones are, there the ones that always have to put others down.

I love a laugh and some bants but some people take it too far, mainly because there insecure themselves...

I love to banter too and so does Nathan as he normally takes it well but some just make me cringe, really personal!

Some nonsense talked on here, there are two types of speed, 1 a skilled operator woking at an optimum level and 2 the guy who's more interested in getting home early than doing a decent job, Nathan told us which one he is.
Pricing is a different issue, if the customer is not prepared to pay a for top qua;lity service then there is nothing wrong with offering a level of service that fits that price, you can make money either by numbers or high priced quality and both work.
On my higher priced work I tend to take a slower more cautious approach and there is certainly a better overall quality than the
cheaper quicker work.
