Pole fittings

What's with these new fangle swivels? You also can't add the quick loq swivel onto your pole order and why don't they sell the angle adaptor section that fits into the pole on it's own, I've got two that don't fit and sanding them down was to much of a pain.

Hi Plankton

Due to the specialist nature of swivel goosenecks we keep these separate from the pole options - which already have 7 gooseneck options on the dropdown options. There are also so many swivel options (6) within themselves that the gooseneck dropdown on poles would become very complex and perhaps confusing for those starting out.

If you want to have a swivel gooseneck option instead of a standard goosenecks then you can buy them separately or give our Customer Service Team a call and they can set up a pole order with a swivel instead of a standard gooseneck for you.

If you are looking at needing a new base part for a plastic angle adapter (SKU: GGP-PART-A) then please give us a call and if your old items are within warranty we will replace for free or you can order a new part from a member of our Customer Service Team

Thanks for the reply Alex. I tried calling a couple of times but it must be a busy time so I've ordered the pole online but the swivel I have is a few years old and it looks like things have moved on since. The base sections of the angle adaptors are at least 3 years and old and certainly won't be under warranty. I'd need to use an electric sander on the fitting as I wasn't getting anywhere doing it by hand.
