I went in my bank to calculate how much I needed to make a final payment on a certain date, then went in and paid £7500 or just over to complete my last ever mortgage payment, brilliant feeling. Even better feeling when I received the deeds to my home.

Obviously I don't care about owning a property....   I'm happy paying cheap rent for now....then when the time comes I'll move in with the missus(who owns her own house!)...

I bet most of us with diesel heaters earn a fair bit more a year than the average window cleaner and also have more in the bank overall so we must be doing something right!

But perhaps the ‘ average window cleaner ‘ owns their own house, doesn’t have a van on tick, a brand new car on tick or a diesel heater on tick 

None of us ever own anything in reality matey......it's all just rented until we die.....

That may very well be the case in your own personal situation, but it certainty doesn’t apply to me matey

I know what your saying about you never really own anything but it does give you far more options for you when you are alive,and for your family in the future come to that. If some sort of wealth is acumalated througout sonwones life at least it can be passed on to make other people’s a lot lot easier thank goodness 😂

my brother is a millionaire mate(true).he s just bought a lexus hybrid car for 75k(cash!)

Daz I’m not gonna say how well off my in laws are m8 but I think I know where your coming from lol,put it this way it’s not if they can have whatever it’s when can i. It is true though I see it first hand it’s all work work work and when you weigh it all up some people need to slow down and enjoy the journey.

its certainly not all work mate...he goes on around 6 or 7 holidays a year as well as his weekends away.....
