I hate it when folks ask about domestic prices but...Garages and shops how do you price them as whenever I price shop windows they normally pull a face at me as if I'm about to rob there till.Three large windows from the ground and door, probably fornightly inside and out. £???Barber shop with one large window and a door. £???
This is why i stay clear of commercial work.I used to clean some very large houses that a private firm owned for kids in care, my wife worked their and I knew how much they got oer chikd and how much they spent on things. But it after a couple of years they were trying to cut cost here n there and enquiring about prices from other shiners. One got the contract for being ten pound cheaper! I dont think commercial is worth it, i stay well clear now. Even from local stores like your saying. They expect to soend pittance on them and some suckers out there are happy to work for pittance
I didnt say its not good money, just that it can be cut throat.As another for instance, how many are loosing out to national window cleaners

You can easily hit 500 a day commercial I agree,you can also loose 500 in an email and that’s a fact I know for sure it’s happened to me. Commercial and fickle people go together it only takes one of the employees to know a window cleaner and your down the road.
Best way to keep commercial jobs is to bung the person in charge if they seem that type of person some cash in hand every 6-12 months to keep the job,I’ve done it myself in the past it gave me confidence I wouldn’t lose the work and I never did.
