Because simply its a load of crap, do you seriously think these are great ideas.? You may as well use some bamboo as your pole too.
It's great you like to mess around with stuff but there not great ideas. How much dirt will get trapped in that thing it won't clean the corners properly.
You could go round all your local barbers and collect the hair of the floor and make a bristle type brush with them save you even more money  ;D

One of the reasons put this up is hear many people say.
They had found broom head in supermarket that would be ideal water fed brush.
So now this gives you the option to get very low price brush.
Hook the tubing up like in video.

Yes agree but when you starting out it is a expense some people might not  afford first.
So this is a good alterative.
Big difference having 5 pound brush to a  say 28 pound one.

I think one ofthe big differences is, that here in the UK the market for wfp is huge and you can get brushes of varying prices rather than making a hash out of one and especially for the newbies.  If they want to get into the wfp with DIY type equipment they are going to make it much harder for themselves

If they’re so bloody good why aren’t X-line or Gardiners patenting this crap themselves and flogging it as the latest in WFP technology.

What a load of focking  sh|te.

Many of us that were getting into WFP used supermarket brushes. The Bently brush was much favoured, the only alternative at the time was the Vycan brush made for cleaning trucks, these were heavy too.
WFP window cleaning has moved on since then, and most of us have too.
I used the Harris pole from B&Q for years and still use one today for cleaning glass behind bars. I was the first to adapt the stanley paint pad handles for their brilliant swivels,. now you can buy swivels cheaper from Gardeners.
Don't be put off though, lots of stuff not been invented yet. I have just made prototypes of a simple rectus 21 connector protector, you can pull it around corners and forget about connectors popping off. It beats the hell out of the protector ball.
So carry on  mate, without enthusiastic amateurs lots of ideas would never see the light of day.

Thank you for sharing all your ideas, good and bad.  If people stop innovating it becomes boring so keep thinking outside the box regardless of comments. I made a swivel for my Tucker brush eighteen years ago out of a Salmon tile grout brush as you couldn't buy one anywhere as they didn't exist then.

Think that people would not use there window water fed brush to scrub wall, caravans etc.
When you can just convert a general purposes' bush just to do this??

The drawbacks were , you had to hold the trigger while colapsing , and you could not extend with the trigger pulled !
Mind you it was 4 years ago so would have been blown out of the water by Univalve anyway , just have to keep doing the Lotto  ;D
