Ive used both. Thing about the 45 cm brushes is you can't realistically get enough water flowing out of it to rinse properly. If we had an equally large job as for when we first bought those brushes I probably give them another go but you literally need a 1/2" hose-pipe for them to be anymore effective.I use 35 cm brush everyday now. Wouldn't clean with anything else.
ThanksI prefer pencil jets though due to better control.So is it ok if you increase flow rate for 4 jets will be on a 35 brush head?

These are what i use, specially for the streamline brush as they are quick release jets. Just sern they do fan jets as well, might try them.But no where does it tell you what size they are and i aint got a ruler with me at mo, but i would guess perhaps 2mm
