I had the same situation and then without any information custy said "I will let you know when I need you,probably after 2 or 3 months" after cleaning windows for them for a long time.

I use to focus alot on the ones who pay late(r)

Not late never payers, they get the sack😁

But the first group mentioned.

I found i was looking at certain people over others, in truth it was because I didn't like them.

Childish I suppose 😁

Have a handful that pay immediately, most take 7 to 10 days.

Before I dump the pita payers I ask them to setup standing order now.

If they don't setup i just leave them off the round.
After about 3 months some text to say, standing order in place.

Lot more don't they go on the use to be custies George list: Got over 250+ of them 😁

Mind you been using George 12+ years i think.
