That looks very nice!!

With regards to pricing, have a set price per panel maybe and add it up? Looks like it’s pretty clean anyway so shouldn’t take too long?

Intrigued to see people’s actual prices though as always 🧐

How would you clean those panels at the back of it all?

I have done these and its a real pain doing from the side.

If it's glass I would inspect it first, they can be a nightmare depending on what's welded on!

Typically I would charge around £60 for a plastic  one this size. for glass £100+

£60 -£100 jobs like these can turn out to be not as easy as they look the back left hand corner of the roof could have accumulation of goodness knows what up there ;D After the recent high winds it probably won't just be a few leaves that have found themselves lodged into that corner ;D

No not done it yet it’s quite dirty if you zoom in to the finniels it’s a glass roof and back section is green but not horrendous

I would say £140 but that includes the gutter outside and glass doors as you will have to clean them anyway if using any chems. Around £5 per panel plus an extra £40 for the guttering and glass plus it being slightly difficult access to the back towards the wall (the finiels will be a bit more awkward that side) .
About hour and a half at a nice steady pace including set up and pack away.
that would be with cold water or half that time because of using hot water  ;D or if your NWH you do it for free if you already clean the windows  ;D

I cleaned one the same shape last year and the guttering. Gutter was heaving so done it from the roof, literally pulling the turf along the gutter. Cony was a pita and I thought I priced it well but glad to finish it in the end.

Yeah I agree you couldn’t just do the roof panels you would have to include the guttering and obviously the PVC finals and everything else plastic,I’d probably do it for free 😂. I don’t ever look at roofs and think just the panels if you clean them only it would look like you’d not touched it.

This is clean the roof glass and plastic trim gutters don’t need emptying as it’s only 6 months old it’s a regular customer who wants the roof cleaning as a one off was thinking £150 - £200 the access is not good on the left hand end or the back side of it , the picture on hear for some reason hasn’t loaded properly and is looks smaller than it is

Personally I think your spot on with the price.  The house n conny looks like its in nice area and appreciate nice things.
Ive charged £100 for much smaller and easier access roofs than this and so to keep my prices fair I certainly wouldnt be happy with £100 that's been thrown into the mix on this thread, especially as the conny windows will probably need a wash down afterwards.
Is this an existing customer, how much do you charge for her windows? Which might put some context into this question
