FB adverstising privicy policy
« on: March 06, 2018, 08:04:22 pm »
You now need a http link to your privacy policy and pasting my contact page doesn't bluff it as I've just been knocked back as I don't comply as I don't have a policy!!!
So how can I get this add live until I get the policy typed up and emailed to the website dude?

Also anyone got a policy?

Looks like you're the first one to hit this issue on here.... If you google "data privacy policy template" you might get some ideas. This website looks quite helpful (it has a sample website privacy policy which I guess you could adapt for your business):

https://www.nibusinessinfo.co.uk/content/sample-privacy-policy

I'm guessing FB have added this for GDPR compliance.

Thanks for the link, I've edited it and emailed the web dude to upload. I think FB should have notified folks of this as it's now holding up my plans and from what I've seen these new rules are from May 2018.
