« on: March 05, 2018, 11:01:27 am »
Sadly found that the cold had cracked all three of my prefilters  >:(

Does anyone please know of somewhere I can order new plastic canisters to screw in?

Really sorry to hear that!

Had two crack. Though built a cabinet around them obviously not insulated enough.

I Have ordered from the following place on eBay, good service.  Including delivery £12/3 unit, clear.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Reverse-Osmosis-10-Clear-Housing-with-push-fit-1-4-connectors-DI-Pod-RO-Unit/350669819873?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649

All the best with getting back in track and sorting it out

I assume they're mostly a standard size?
I looks the same shape as mine so assume it'll be the right fit?

Thinking about it you’ll get the whole set and yes standard  size 10 inch unless you have the large 20 inch. You will get sump and lid. so it’s more where the screw holes are in the lid and how they marry up to the holes in your bracket but for the most part it can be altered to sit reasonably well.   Make sure you have some ptfe tape.

Easy done Rog.

I had a ten inch standalone pre-filter crack on me this weekend and Sunday a.m. the patio was awash with water as I had left the main tap on and used John Guest taps after the R/O to switch off.

Made sure my van, transfer pump and R/O were kept above freezing but forgot about my in line pre-filter which stands outside the insulated cabinet.

Yeah it's been a nightmare.
Well I did find plenty online and given some by a local window cleaner.

But all had the same problem...
Mine screw in, all the others screw on... :-\
