[S.W. Window Cleaning]

As title. For window cleaners is this show worth going to or is a lot of it not really for us?

its not far from me but i dont see the point as i already have the best cleaning equipment available...there is nothing left to buy!ive got it all....

I went to the stoneleigh one, first one ive been too.   When i was first switching over from trad to wfp I saw plenty of the american type shows and thought how great it would be to go to one.
Im now into my third yr on wfp and when I went i wasnt as impressed as I thought I would be.
There was plenty to see and especially if youve modified your equipment to also do soft washing on render etc. That's because of some deals you can get on the equipment or chemicals.
But for me, ive already tried numerous brushes and bits n bobs within first year whilst experimenting with it all to find whats best for me. So i found some of it a waste of time and glad I didnt go as a newbie as there was that many sales men with their pitches it would boil down to price and who had the best pitch, rather than the best equipment.
Haha saying that im taking my mate to the one in sep so he can have a look at it all. For him it will be great because he can see n touch all the products rather than checking out youtube or websites and I can guide him a little as well. Though he is stuck on the idea of using both trad n a trolley and looking at lugging around the 45ltr orange tub on wheels. So im hoping the show will be very good for him

I think once your well established with your business there probably isn't a lot to see or that will be of any great value to you, unless you want to go in a different direction, ie carpet cleaning , soft washing etc........i find the window cleaning show in September is more of a social event for me

I booked on the other month, just to go as an experience / see what it’s about... doesn’t sound too great from what I’ve read as someone who is already wfp... will see when the time comes if  I actually attend

I hope you will be impressed this year, every year I try to improve it and i have got quiet a few ideas for this years show  ,what is good about my show apart from being the biggest window cleaning show in the world you get some great bargains .all the latest equipment under one roof and as Bob said a great social get together http://wcpcleaningshow.co.uk/

Yep, thats why im taking my friend whos wanting to upgrade from trad to wfp, so he can get to see it all and compare
