So not working today but i have a tank full of hot water. So going around my elderly friends and theres pouring hot water on paths to quickly clear and then sweeping excess water off. Then being generous with some rock salt.

Thankfully i dont limit I association to just my own age group.   But my parents are getting on a bit now and so are their friends who Ive also known for some years.
