Cleaning my tank?
« on: February 19, 2018, 07:55:02 pm »
Hi guys and gals.
What do you use to clean you’re water tanks out.
Just fitted one in my van that I haven’t used for a while and it needs a clean out? No hatch as it’s a sealed unit. Just small holes to push a pipe in.

What size tank is it?   Put a weak mix of bleach in it and give it a good slosh around and rinse well.  Then final rinse with pure water.

id probably put a fair old whack of bleach in, fill with tap water and let it sit for a while then run it all out, flush it out a few times with tap water.

But what do i know, dunno if itd do owt
