Cleaner Planner (cloud based)
Aworka(cloud based)
George (on pc)
Window Cleaner Pro (on pc)

All do free trials so best to see for yourself  which you think is best for you.  Personally i use cleaner planner others say Aworka is good. Its down to personal preference and what your willing to pay, generally it seems the first 2 are the most common ones used nowadays.

For a sole trader George is better value, one off payment £50 basic  or some prefer Cleaner planner for a monthly fee with a few extras if you like wasting money IMO.

Absolutely brilliant app, and (in my opinion) far better than cleaner planner.

And it’s free.

Seriously you like the free version, I think it is absolute crap. Ok it list yours jobs each day  and that is it,  GEORGE is BRILLIANT it even gives you a profit and loss figure at the end of the year, so nice and easy to fill in your tax return.  A one of £50 payment not £30 a month like the others.

On any of these but particularly cleaner planner, can you just list all your customers and work through the list marking them as done. Or do you have to set it like a calender, in the sense of listing your work by days?
Because in my books I separate my work into smaller rounds and move onto each round in order, but if something crops up I may change the order in which I clean the houses in each round? (if that makes sense?)
I ask as I'm normally happy just updating my books as I work the houses and then spend a couple of days at the end of the tax year sorting it all out. But it's quite tedious and everyone raves how good these apps (cleaner planner) are for helping taxes etc

you can set them up, swap and change however you like. I personally split my rounds into day workloads

I tried Roundcube last year but sacked it as I wasn't convinced that the function was actually working and I lost confidence in it, also found changes to work or changing the price on the day awkward or that you couldn't change the price at all such as a locked gate so fronts only etc. You can lay it out differently so for £6.00 per month if you spend the time figuring it out? Also their trial period doesn't work so you probably don't need to pay or if you signed up they take the payment straight away instead of the month down the line and if you cancel you can still use it!
George/aworka, I'm looking at it this week but by the looks of it you can't change the price on the day either so if it's front only that's charged  then it will show up as a debt.

I tried that squeegee app

It looks great, but it's just an organising tool. Planning work and marking it off that's all it does.

George I can do my entire bookkeeping on which makes it a winner for mem

Tried aworka and cp bit keep going back to George.

Someone needs to make an app that's actually decent.

you never have them problems with cleaner planner...you can change the price(and itll revert to the original price next time) when your out and about on the app or you can change the price and itll give you the option of keeping the new price as the new ongoing price.

you can also add a new job on the go in the place you want it(in your round order).its great and well worth £18 a month....

I think it's rubbish mate.

The pc version is far too fiddly and the app is just a job sheet (or was unless it's changed)

Try using it in a mobile and you will see.

It's not a true app. Try using with your finger in a mobile and you'll be swiping jobs all over the calendar.

All WC software is poo on a mobile

whats crap about it?adam its been tried and tested and in development for years and it does everything i need it to when out and about working, dead easy to sync to the main pc version too.

the app is a jobsheet and debtlist.you can also add expenses/new jobs on the go.what more do you need?

the main pc version is so so easy to use and is very flexible once your used to it(which takes around 2 days)

price higher/work harder!
