Here's a site that you might want to look at. I have used their chemicals, but I haven't picked it for any other reason other than it's very comprehensive and the demo vids are quite good.

Gardiners back pack with hot hypo mix , light scrub with hot wfp, we do a lot like this so I knew it would come up ok  price £300

Yes thanks for that it’s intresting but I think there prices are crazy to do that job cost £10 in hypo and addertives Benz would cost considerably more and don’t think the results would be any better ? Do you use Benz have you found it better than ordinary hypo and if so how is it different? Ime genuinely intrested and don’t mind paying for quality stuff but it’s 5x the price , doesn’t seam worth it to me

Excellent job!

I use a 3% hypo mixture for similar jobs, sometimes a bit more.

Hypo does ‘go off’ but that doesn’t mean it losing its cleaning power, it’s still an effective cleaner no matter how old it is. It’s just useless for swimming pools once it’s off.

Farm supplies shop sodium hyperchlorite 10% strength in 20-25 ltr drum around £12 dilute it 4 or 5 parts water to 1 part hypo add a surficant of your choice to keep it on the surface of the substrate  I’ve not used Benz stuff it’s supost to be good but I find we get very good results with the farm hypo which is 5 x cheaper in my opinion it’s not worth the extra cost as in all the years we have been soft washing never had a job that we couldn’t do with our own mix , I have seen jobs that ones have done with Benz products and the finished result is no different to what we do , it’s probebly useful for ones starting up or ones worried about mixing there own but they will pay through the nose for it , Benz site and videos are useful for information but do look a bit unprofessional in some areas

Yes you are right I did try a job with bio powder didn’t touch it that red algy is difficult stuf to remove , green, black are easily remover but the red is far harder and slower to remove we do dozens of jobs like this each year as it’s very common down hear something to do with the very clean air so I’ve been told

Exactly bit of knowledge on how to mix it and how to use it successfully and safely each year we are doing more and more this job I have put pictures up of the owner of the place has put pictures up on face book and my phone hasn’t stoped ringing some expect you to do it for peanuts but already got 6 confirmed jobs some of which are 4 and 5 bed detached houses so you can see that’s a nice little earner and they are several times the cost of this mid terrace job 😂😂😂😂

Doesn't the hypo mix cause any problems if it hits window frames, etc?
