I've been cleaning their windows for 15yrs and they are good for payment, usually. Therefore I don't mind the odd ones like this.

Obviously I don't like it when customers fall behind on payments but it's easier to switch them from BACS to GoCardless when they do.Hi Nathan, I’m intrigued to know how you got on with your “older” customers changing to this method. its hardly worth putting a £7 customer on gocardless IMO but each to their own.......
