With so many new builds going up everywhere its a window cleaners dream out there right now!
 Get your bums out there and hit them hard! Im busy Canvassing up milk rounds over the south east most evenings but when doing it local I'm doubling up to gain window customers for myself smashing the hell out of the new builds.
Dont have the attitude “ill canvass that new build soon”...just go and hit it before your competition does.
The best time is when only some have moved in which puts most guys off to canvass them.. dont take my word for it...go and do it.
The last month since jan the 3rd for a few local knocks i have gained over 40 new cleans all on new builds local to where my work is.
