Hi all
Our internet connection has been down for over a week now so we cant send or receive emails.
BT tell us it's a line fault and that they are working on it.
The only way to contact us at the moment is via phone on 01472 347519
Hopefully this will be sorted soon.
Andrew

Don't want to add to your worries but when I moved offices, from a village location into a built up industrial area, BT took 6 weeks trying to get the line through on broadband.
It was a nightmare!
Hope you have better luck than I did,
Fingers crossed for ya

Builders at my house broke my BT line, I called out BT and they wanted £70.00 per hour or part of an hour.
Andrew if it was your fault, they would have been out yesturday charging you a £100 an hour or part of, if its there fault you will wait weeks.
