For P&F Royal William Yard

I havent seen the place yet. Suppose to see  it at 5 today but the bloke did not turn up. Spoke to the seciurty guards and they said he had gone home for his daughters birthday.  >:(



What is the Place like then?

its been a few years since i ve been there. It's starting to make me misty eyed.
 Is north road west any different now and hows mutley plain , stoke ,devonport and the rest of the usual watering holes?

Its all currently being refurbed by MIDAS and sold on as appartments , they are ranging from 425k to 1.5 million each !
Everything here is the same as it ever was , Mr Sweets , The Street , but i am sorry to say the Ritzy has gone !

Alright Neil, The Place is huge if i get it its going to take about a week to clean using cherry pickers and reach and wash up to 60ft.

Just What i'm after.  8)
 
The bloke said who ever gets this contract will propberly get the whole site in the end.

He said he will email the quote off at the end of the week.

Hi matey , i reckon it will take around 4~5 days , but i did a check on the frames and they are gonna go milky first time round , oxidised paint on all frames !

Last time i had frames that oxidised i disconnected my resin bottle and just gave them a good scrub with ordinary tap water.

Didn't realise you couldwork that high

Some of it is 60 foot but that is what the picker is for , cuts out the pole dont it !

Only asking as i thought you have to have Banksmen when using pickers?
