I came home one day after work having had a bad scare on the ladders about 8yrs poss 9 ago. I'm scared of heights anyway, but I thought to myself, that's it, too dangerous and for what?? I can work in a safer way, I just need to work out how it works!
My wife and I  sat down, made a rough plan out. Eg. What we needed to buy, van (I worked out the back of my vw golf), tank. How does pure work. What filters. Etc.
I found this site and we had such helpful people talking (typing) us through procedures, helping us trouble-shoot controller set-up problems. How R/O filters work. Fixed reel or not fixed reel!!
Amazing.
Ian Lancaster was one in the beginning, Winpro (Peavey boy!!)and many many more,
And, what's happened to Dave Willis, resident funny man, but also words of wisdom. No one made me chuckle as much as that fella  ;D I hope he's OK.
So, thanks a bunch to you all, and may we all continue to innovate and refine the way we work.
