i have to have at least 90 mins in the morning before i leave for work,usually 2 hours.i make a large breakfast(usually porridge,banana,blueberries followed by 3 boiled eggs)a cup of tea and a cup of coffee,vitamins,fish oils etc.catch up with my emails,news,weather,ciu.make a flask and packed lunch for work.
im much more productive and ready for work if im organised and ive had a good breakfast and a chill out before heading out the door.
all paperwork,scheduling,invoices and anything to do with the van are all done the day before so i can relax in the morning before the day gets ugly!
