preparation is the key.decent wet weather gear, ski pants, waterproof boots, warm hat and gloves.heat the back of the van overnight or turn on frost stat(if you have it)ice melt grit and sweeping brush in your vantake a flask of soup with your other hot drinks for lunch.take a flask of hot water to unfreeze your jets should it occur(cold water users only)start later and finish earlier.obviously ill have a bit more comfort than some of you (with a heated drivers seat in the van, heated windscreen, heated wing mirrors etc)as well as a hot water system but trust me i did trad for 17 years on ladders in all weathers years ago!
Stuck this on Facebook.
Sod working in this. Make a snowman and an igloo, bit of sledging, snowball fight and take the opportunity for daytime drinking.
