My honest opinion, as you sound like your kitting out a van...

Just bite the bullet and get it done professionally.

Yes it’ll cost a few thousand, but a professionally installed system will be safe and hassle-free. Well worth the peace of mind. And get Line-X for the floor, it’s the best.

A young window cleaner was killed last month by being crushed by his wydale tank in a crash.

I take what your saying on board Pete. That is very sad and obviously no1 should go out to work and not return home that evening.

But my is a retired fitter welder, he made my last cage and it never moved an inch. Albeit this will be a bigger tank I would put my life on him doing as good a job as any other company would do.

On the fibreglassing i was considering getting it done professionally but again after looking at videos online im happy enough we can do a very good job too.

Besides after 30k gone on a van budget is blown and it will be beans on toast until the spring rush kicks in 🙈🙈

A Grippa 500l delivery only system is around £2630 including VAT and fitting. Not sure where you get the 30k figure from.

Cost of buying Van dd.

Im not interested in spending money on fitting a tank with a couple of di vessels and a pump . I would literally have to be off my rocker to consider as i have all equipment from old van excluding a new water tank .
When i initially set up lads on here gave me all info on diy van set up and literally saved me 2k  .....

if i was you then i would get a bespoke tank made with the proper baffles in them, you can have it to your exact size.
