Doing a render clean on K Rend with moderate staining . Planning to clean with aprox 3.5%-3.75% Sodium hyperchlorite ( 14 -15% 1part sh to 3 parts water). Not sure whats considered optimum without going too strong. Your thoughts please.ThanksWe use a similar strength usually 1hypo To 4 parts water works well on most surfaces but with k rend usually spray with hose first as it will help the mix stay on the surface . Most of the algy we have down hear is red , Black , sometimes more than one application is needed let it dwell for 20-30 minuets and re apply if needed light scrub and plenty of rinsing with garden hose after
