Some Windows are scratched when they are put in from day 1 cleaning Windows traditionally will scratch them more,dipping your mop in and out of a bucket of water laced with grit will do more damage. Some people just love getting something for nothing.

Its clearly a try on Nathan and to be fair as wfp users given law of averages its something that may cross all our paths at some stage.

While it is not impossible we could scratch glass its highly improbable and unlikely. As im sure we all can testify to there are scratches on an awful of glass out there.

 In my opinion mostly its caused by diy merchants or after over building work where paint, plaster and silicone etc splatter the glass.....

I find the state of some windows unbelievable.

Some look like they have had a fork used on them to remove paint spots etc.

Just a thought, and I do apologise if someone has already suggested this.

Are the scratches on the glass running vertically? Surely the only time where a wfp could possibly apply enough pressure to trap grit and scratch glass is when the brush is sweeping up and down on the glass.

Just a thought.
