Those with multiple vehicles, is your ltd company the RK of the vans, as well as owning them? Or is it a named person as RK???
Have you had any insurance issues?

Ltd company owns them all.

No issues other than the massive premium.  :'(

Looking at it further, Dvla would like the 'person' responsible for the vehicle to be RK. 'Person' in law must be human. However, it seems both company and user are frequently RK with no issues other than insurance quotes.

I bought a van (several years old) from a local established company a few years ago which they had from new.
The company name was the "registered keeper" on the log book.

Yes the DVLA would like the RK to be a person, then that person is who they chase for speeding fines etc, that person then has to prove it's not them or take the penalty. If it's a Ltd company they ask you who was driving.
