If your in Scotland then it’s £5 a house , if it’s where NWH lives , then it’s £25 .
Is it new builds? 4 semi’s? 4 detached?
Depends how much you want to earn per hour too

Four houses in one block. Four in a block .  Like a semi detached but bigger lol coz there's 4 homes in them.

Wow  :o

What a contrast to where I am, I get laughed at if I try to charge a tenner for a terraced!

The typical price for a terrace is about a £4-£8 near me.

I know it is absolutely ridiculous down here. Sounds impressive but trust me it doesn't go far.

Those terraces here in surrey sell for upwards of £450k it's utter madness

Pointless question asking for prices. Anyone should know that they vary greatly from one end to the other, so it's irrelevant really.

Crazy, my mother's 3 bed town house is up for sale at 120k...and it's quite a nice area, can get a 2 bed terraced for as little as 60k in my city.

I find that price variations are not only regional, but based on class. There's no way I could charge disabled, single parent or working class the same as the 60 + no mortgage, both got pensions blue rinse brigade. For me it's down to strategy.  My customers are from across the board, but I get better prices from the better off, and they are my target..

Doesn't matter what part of the country your in if it has a shortage of shiners then you can target the more affluent customers
and build a well paying round, if your in a saturated area where its a buyers market then getting decent price will be a lot
tougher.
There are a few on here who would have you believe the south is full of Tim nice but dim types who are that desperate for a
shiner that they would pay anything in order to get one, nurses, posties, shop staff, police officers, hospital workers, factory workers and so on aren't any better off down south its just window cleaners lol.

i feel sorry for you folks in scotland as usually the prices shared on here seem very low plus you seem to get more wet weather than any other part of the country.

£5  a house in scotland so £20 for a block of 4?i dunno?

£10 a house north west so £40 for a block of 4?

£15-£20 down south so £60-£80 for a block of 4?
price higher/work harder!

i have lots of 60+ wealthy retired folk on my books and hardly any single parent families(as their usually bad payers)most of them seem to have a father around but some of these are a waste of time too if they have 3 or 4 kids.not all though.

i tend to not charge as much for elderly folk(75 +)but ive had 5 drop dead in the last month some owing me money too so not ideal!
price higher/work harder!
