i have fully working two floor machines similar to rocky i purchased these from posh floors several years ago
they are reliable and can grind with the right tools also hone with right tools and polish with right diamond tooling
can also be used for honing with compounds sanding with carbide disks just remember these are mono machines but heavier duty than say most floor machines that would burn out .
i have two 17 inch
and one 20 inch
the two 17inch are £ 500 each and the 17inch £600 all much less than half the price paid new
