hello guys,

I was asked yesterday to clean some stairs with pressure washer, this is only 12 months old but they having major problems with drainage.
At the top of the stairs it's a resin type floor which drains off into some kind of drainage system under neath but they says the membrane has failed, and whilst  builders are trying to sort the problem they dragging there heels cleaning it, customer isn't happy and wants it cleaned up.

Any suggestions on chems I could use that what be ok with h&s
