Need to add some clauses into a franchise contract, had a quote already, seems excessive

You'll be looking at around £400 just for them to read the existing document and add make any ammendments

Mine is Barry Bond at Jarmans Solicitors.  He wrote my Agreement and then did an update a couple of years later.  Can't remember what he charged me for the update but it wasn't £1,200 .
