Been to see an interesting job, pool area floor in ceramic tile according to the building company ( to me it looks like a porcelain tile), about 150m2 covered and builders materials. Someone did a test patch with doff system and acid to no avail Tile is very very gritty, almost like sand paper so readily holds builders materials.

I did a few test patches with Miracle Sealants Phosphoric Acid and another acid based cleaner and it looks promising. The Miracle Sealant Acid worked better.

Now the best part of the floor actually sinks into the pool becoming the pool floor Given that, is it worth it to seal, they use a chlorine system? The floor will be raised up from time to time covering the pool but I'd imagine it will be under water most of the time.

Usual Emil.  Also try the Miracle Heavy Duty Cleaner (Acid Substitute ).  You can even add some honing powder to give it  a meachanical boost if required.  Don't forget to preset it with water first before any cleaning chemicals are applied.  Do a small proper test area with a Mono Rotary and a Brush before you price it as well

Thanks Kevin! Unfortunately, doing a test area with the rotary wasn't an option yesterday as I was on my own and it was impossible to get it down to the basement level as lift wasn't working and stairs are a nightmare for one person to carry the machine. What do you think about sealing the tiles, it's a chlorine pool system so I am slightly concerned about chlorine affecting the sealer?

Chlorine won't affect any of Miracle's 511 Penetrating Sealers.  Miracle 511 Impregnator is probably the best for this application.
