I don't use cleaner planner

But go cardless is the best way to take payments imo.

It's very simple, customers sign up using their bank details.

You log into your go cardless account, click the customer you want to take payments from and enter the amount. That's it, they get an  email saying you are taking payment and the payment appears in your bank a few days later.

I believe you can automate payments so take every month etc but I do it manually as I never know when I'm going to be cleaning them.

Also you can take payments directly from cleaner planner I think without having to log into go cardless.

That's the bit I was concerned about. Thanks for clearing that up.

Aworka can integrate GoCardless also. Just need to convince the custards.

Its so easy, ive not long signed up to it but its sooo easy as already been said in above threads.  I also dont use cleaner planner and the likes but its a simple case of logging into the dashboard of gocardless and away you go.
Im just in process of trying to get my existing customers to sign up. But its easy for new work as they have no choice if they want me to clean their windows they need to register.

For them to register its very simple as well. You get given a link, which ive stored on my phone and so i can if need be send them a text with the link and less than 3 mins n its done!
