I think if a supplier is misleading after care is terrible and they are just out to rob you they should be named and shamed but like David Morris said you get to know people on this forum. Im sure if Andrew Mc cann was to run a poll for everyone who has had a freedom trolley or any dealings with them he would win hands down, you would only come accross a hand full of complaints which you will always get with any product or service.  Sometimes people are genuine and sometimes people are petty.

iIwas perhaps one of the first to get the freedom trolley and i recieved very good advice from Andrew and his collegues, i had to wait longer than i thought for my add-on for my trolley but there was a perfect explanation and an apology
I have been very satisfied with the service, if i had bad service from a supplier i would first try and sort it out with them if i didnt have any luck thats when i would put it on the forums.

regards

Brett.

Ebay style feedback, wouldn't work....Why???

Because it doesn't work on Ebay, a lot of professional suppliers will not leave you feedback, even if you have paid immediately, until they see positive feedback from you. Only when they see positive feedback from you will they do the same, the inference being that if you give negative feedback they will reciprocate, if you have 100% feedback rating you don't want to wreck it so you just dont bother leaving negative for them.

And then you get the people who, rather than emailing a firm on ebay to try to resolve a situation, instead leave negative feedback for the firm even if the firm would have sorted it out for them.

I think this has run its course now, in fact several times.

All points have been riased and everyone has seen them and made up their own mind.

In order to progress and move on I am now locking this post.

I am not PROTECTING suppliers but have read this enough times now like others have mentioned.

Onwards and upwards.
