What is the best way to use this product please

It depends which one..

There is a fresh neutraliser which I've used in tank and its worked really well, or the cherry or lemon one which i've also used in tank as a rinse..

I've also diluted the cherry with water and sprayed and scrubbed in with pile brush after, and had happy customers..
