Yes they have gone into liquidation. Spoke to another cleaning company down south yesterday and they confirmed it.

The last time a compay went bust on me they owed me £1,000. Once the receivers were called in it took 4 years and I got £1.78. You'll be bottom of the list. The receivers will get paid, they'll get the equivalent of what is owed you for one days work.

It's annoying because they always paid around the 5-6 week mark, which is when I started chasing, and then couldn't contact anyone after that.

You should get a letter from the legals that are dealing with it , it takes time for them to sort it , but providing they have some evidence that you are working for the bust co at the time it will happen , you just better hope that one of your invoices is still hanging about !
It happened to me last year with a large bakery , i got lucky though as they were not into me for anything at the time they filed .

That might actually be good news. Don't wanna build your hopes up too much, but if they've had a problem and NOT gone into recievership then someone may be working to take it over and keep it going .. lets hope ?
