With regret once again I find myself in a position where it is necessary to make a statement regarding Klindex distribution in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Klindex Italy have appointed Tiling Logistics Limited, trading as Klindex United Kingdom, as the exclusive main distributor of Klindex machines and accessories in the UK.  Correspondingly we hold large physical stock of new Klindex machines for immediate next day delivery, a full range of display and demonstration machines, as well as most Klindex parts and accessories in our warehouse in Birmingham.  We offer a full in-house repair service of Klindex equipment carried out by Klindex Trained Technicians together with free Klindex training for all machines.

It  has been drawn to my attention that recent posts on various social media sites, particularly Facebook, suggest otherwise.  I should like to make clear the following points. 

1.  Tiling Logistics Ltd and Klindex United Kingdom currently have no other offices other than our head office in Birmingham.
2.  No company in the trading history of our business has ever carried out or rectified any work carried out by Marblelife or Tiling Logistics Ltd. 
3.  Tiling Logistics Limited, trading as Klindex United Kingdom, should in no circumstances be confused with any other organisation purporting to have, or claiming to trade under a similar name to either Tiling Logistics or Klindex United Kingdom.

We regard the recent attempts at both personal and company defamation within these posts as malicious and refute any other implications as wholly without foundation.  Tiling Logistics Ltd together with Klindex Italy are currently seeking legal advice regarding these matters.

Klindex official is not supplying him and all other companies that relate to his name.   

Klindex is a worldwide registered trade mark and logo :
Certificate of  Registration n° 001311034 dated  11-07-2002

Mr Amir Patwa has no right or legal authorization to use it, in the whole or in parts

Therefore hereby we are kindly asking you to distrust  any kind of business, activity or products promoted by Mr Amir Patwa that refer to Klindex trade mark and logo     

We kindly ask you also to report us in case he does.

Yes that statement was put out by Mr Ercole Bibiano the Managing Director of KLINDEX Italy.

However, none of the above has deterred Amir Patwa from his continuous malicious posts on Social Media.  We at Tiling Logistics Limited and Marblelife Limited have spent the last 6 years trying to rebuild the reputation of KLINDEX here in the UK whilst Amir Patwa continues systematically to try and destroy it.  His latest attempt however, of registering Klindex UK Ltd with companies house is also short lived as we do everything we can to restore Klindex into their rightful position of one of the Worlds Best Market Leaders in Grinding, Cleaning, Restoration Machines and Equipment.

Only ever met him once, was encouraged to buy a machine by my wife, which never ever happens, he then managed to insult her, the Jewish people whilst playing the race card.
All in 5 minutes.... fairly impressive reaĺly.
That said I have friends who know their stone inside out who say he is very good, just an acquired taste.
Either way not a great rep for Klindex so I can see why they would want to clarify he is not the main distribution company.
