Just changed my membranes because getting 29 from old ones. Put new ones in and still only down to 24. Changed filter as well. Any ideas used to get down to 10 or 11.

Is your water pressure the same? (i.e have there been any water works in the area recently, do you use a booster pump etc..?)
Why don't you have a quick google before making stupid comments?

Has the TDS crept up to 29 from a much lower TDS?

you haven't said what r/o system you're using, i used to find with my old 450 gpd system it would take a day or so to settle (after purifying  a couple of 1000lt ) to get to its lowest tds then it was fine.
