As far as i can see hes not said anything about being new to window cleaning, hes just a newbie to CIU because of his lack of posts.

Either way perhaps he needs to come back on and clarify?

The post is asking for advice on a big job which he has no experience of. Either cleaning it or pricing.
Therefore I would conclude that peoples responses to the question stand.

I think it's the poor way he asked the question without no introduction or bothering to come back on.

Looks to me on his.website that he covers a range of cleaning services, and it's likely that he would sub the work out. Hence being new to window cleaning of that nature.
