James,
I have a Karcher Puzzi 400 machine plus the additional power brush.
I purchased them from a Company I used to sub-contract window cleaning for who sold their business.
I have a window cleaning Company  and thought I might diversify into carpet cleaning but in all honesty , have never got round to it.
It all works fine, I did pay about £500.00 for a new pump when I first got it and it has hardly been used since.
I did use it this weekend to be honest, cleaned my garden chairs and seats in my work van.
It's just sitting in my garage taking up room.
I think I have got some photos that I will upload as I was going to put it on ebay but just haven't got round to it.
I am based in Chislehurst, kent.
