Set off to Stafford early this morning - found people were up and about, [don't usually start untill 8-30].

Got stuck in and finished for 1-00pm, plus picked up an extra, so not too bad.

Sitting in the Eyrie with cool drink now, lovely jubbly!!

What about doing as the spanish do ??? work early morning, then take a siesta at the hottest part of the day (11-3), then back to work at around 3.30-4pm-ish till 7pm.  8)

What about a compromise?
Start work fairly early then knock-off at 11 a.m. 8)

I work through till 4.30 need to pay some bills as i have already had time off this week.
Did go home just after 12 though as i was getting pretty hot and stopped for an hour had a coffee and a bit to eat and back out.

Now i never used to work saturdays but the last 3 weeks i have had so much work to do i have not had much choice.
I have a full day lined up for this saturday but im think i may give it a miss and enjoy the nice weather.

Its HOT HOT HOT and I'm loveing it.

I love the feel of the sun beating down on my body, All I wear is shorts and sandles.

ABSOULTLEY FEELING FANTASTIC.

I think of all the freezing cold mornings, Damp wet windy days, Weeks on end without seeing the sun and blue sky. Now I'm in heaven.

Come on you lot wake up and smell the coffee. I wonder what is happening to the modern man as a w/cleaner.

Get tough and be men, not wimping cos its a touch on the hot side. It is so easy to work in if you are wfp.

I agree with Neil;

Hot is much better than cold. In Texas we have hot a lot! Start early; finish by 1 or 2.

Then it is time for a cool dip in the pool and a cold beer!

Give me hot and sunny any day.

I love the heat,
I would sooner be sweating like a glass blowers a**e, than freezing my doo dars off in the winter.
