The Orbital rotary carpet cleaning machines are  exactly the same machines as the rotary carpet cleaning machines you have been asking about.

The English meaning of the word "Orbital" as used in the case of this type of carpet cleaning machine.  Has the same meaning as the word "Rotary". In that it means a carpet or hard floor cleaning machine which uses a spinning pad to clean the floor surface with.

I hope the above is translatable for you, as my Italian is sadly non existent

Rotary/Orbital carpet cleaners will work with micro splitters, so please don't worry about that.

I am sorry to correct you but you are wrong!   A rotary machine spins in a consistent circle but an orbital machine spins in an eccentric circular motion giving a more even distribution

I must apologise to Sergio for responding to quickly in my reply to him without going into more detail regards the other type of rotary/orbital machines on the market.

I hope Sergio is not even more confused now regards machines, after reading this last post from me. I know when translating from one language into another, it is easy to get confused.

Sergio, if you look up previous posts on this forum, you will see that Kev is an expert on hard floor cleaning, just have a look at his business website, very impressive and Kev is a very knowledgeable person in hard floors and very helpful with giving advice. If you are interested in moving into this area of work in the future .

As to the best cleaner for carpet/rug cleaning, if you look at the rotary cleaners from the companies I posted links to. They are all standard /slow speed rotary machines and are designed to clean rugs and carpets as you want to do.
Do look at the machines and you will be able to read all the instructions for each machine in Italian.  Then you will be able to gain a fuller understanding of the machines uses and abilities.

i sent some email for quotation about Ghibli rotary. I already have got a ghibli vacuum cleaner.  It is a good quality construction.

Forget about any difference between rotary or orbital.  If you are specialising in rug cleaning Sergio, just go for whatever you can get in this system and go for total immersion cleaning.  This is the only way to get rugs properly clean.  Far more important to get the likes of a rug badger and grid to get the dry dirt out - then a water pit to do the cleaning in

An orbital machine can be used to back beat rugs. A rotary cant. Not as good as a Rug Badger but better than an upright vac.

I only have experience of the HOS Orbot Vibe.

There are others available which may be worth considering such as the Klindex Maxi Orbit.
