The Chemspec Formula 90,  and the Chemspec Oriental Rug Shampoo as well the Alltec Rug cleaning the shampoo, are formulated for carpet cleaning rather than using as a prespray.
The Alltec Oriental Rug Citrus Burst is formulated for prespraying heavily soiled rugs, and the Alltec Oriental Rug Cleaner are specifically formulated to use as Oriental rug presprays.

The only cleaning solution in your list that may not be suitable for prespraying and cleaning delicate Oriental rugs I suggest would be the Chemspec Formula 90.

The procedure might be:
-dusting
-Spray clean water in the rug
-Spray a chemical cleaner (Chemspec Oriental rug shampoo or Alltec rug cleaning shampoo or  Alltec Oriental Rug Citrus Burst or Alltec Oriental Rug Cleaner) diluited with water as in the label
-Agitation with rotowash
-dwell
-Rinse/extraction with acid rinse or clean water
