I had 1 yesterday new customer call me regarding soffits facias etc,I said to him unless your an existing customer I'm not interested tbh,I said if you can assure me the Windows on an ongoing basis I'd do it. He said he had a WCleaner already so I said get him to do it he turn round and said he said it's to much like hard work lol,I said yeah to true.

Forgot the sun cream on Monday. Looked like a lobster on Tuesday. Roasting my nuts off today and hope to have finished or almost there tomorrow.

Priced it well enough to last the week, so anything before a Friday finish is a bonus.

As for turning work away if they're not regulars, is lunacy in my eyes. Charge accordingly and you can't go wrong.

I hope you're not finishing that job without first cleaning/treating those manky/algae infested  house and conservatory render walls?  If not half a job springs to mind. Extra 600 should cover it. Not to mention that large block paved driveway needs a lot of TLC too. Give me a shout if you want me to finish the job off properly for you... All finished off yesterday around 4pm. 4 days of hard graft on that place. Don't want to see the inside of another conservatory for a very long time.
