ive had a SLX 22 for a few years now.its hardly been used as i need a 25 footer really for every day work.its been gathering dust in my storage space...

so......i thought if i got a SLX 25 base section it would slide straight on and id have a SLX 25!

WRONG!!

i had to take the 22 base section off and then slide the 25 section on which gives me a same collapsed length pole as the 25 footer but the sections are shorter so ive ended up with a 23-24ft pole!its useable but itll come up a bit short on one or 2 jobs.

so what sections do you need to make a SLX 22 into a SLX 25?

You need a section 6 and you'll end up with about 27 foot.

Correct , its extension 6 and it takes it 26ft , thats what have , cant make it 25.
